V helpful and knowledgeable staff - who offer their personal experiences with cameras ... Hence it is good to listen to more than one sales person when spending a lot of money!
Impressed that Calumet despatched a lens to my house by bike - when it failed to appear in the shop on the agreed date - I got it on time for my holiday! Good customer attitude! I'll be back......:)
