I bought a Fujifilm XT-1 boxed camera kit on 29th Aug from Calumet at Drummond St, London NW1. I understood from the sales person that I was eligible for a £100.00 cashback, which I then applied for, from Fujifilm. They have now repudiated the claim on the basis that 'not enough purchases were made for this promotion'. although the invoice total is £1388.00. I presume, although they do not say, that this is because the purchase was part funded by part exchange. Either way I feel somewhat shortchanged and that Fujifilm, or Calumet, owes me £100.00.
