I bought a Fuji x-t1 from Drummond Street and had trouble with the battery not charging. It wasn't know if it was the battery or the charger that was the problem. I was only getting 177 JPEGS from a charge. The battery was only charging for a relatively short time before it indicated that it was fully charged.
You didn't have either a battery or a charger to replace the ones I was having trouble with, so suggested you keep the camera to test it for yourselves and find the problem. I wasn't too happy as I had just spent a lot of money on a new camera which I wanted to use.
It was decided to replace the entire unit in the circumstances. When I charged the new battery, it charged for the length of time I would have expected, and I get the amount of shots from it that I would expect.
It was very good that you replaced the whole unit, but a bit of an oversight that you had no spare chargers or batteries in stock, which would most likely have solved the problem.
So in summary, really great that you changed the whole thing, but I felt a little uncomfortable when the problem was most likely the charger/battery.
