Slightly mixed opinion - I emailed customer support asking someone to call me on my mobile as I wanted to place an order. Customer service then emailed me back asking me to ring them to place my order!
But nonetheless I was very impressed by ALex who somehow got my order delivered at 0830 the next day, even though it was late afternoon when I placed the order.
