if there is a problem, like i receive a copy of the invoice ... but i cannot read it there seems to be a problem getting a response
i have tried on two occasions, with more than a year separating them, to get my online account to be the same as my regular account .. something that seems beyond the ability of calumet ... which is quite frankly shocking in what it reveals about the company
