The "over the phone Assistant", was good, and I am still waiting for the outstanding piece of equipment. What dismays me is that a basic piece of equipment ( K2 Yellow Filter for Black and White photography), was not available off the shelf, and tha's what I am waiting for.
Someone will justify this by saying " Oh it's old film technology", but I also shoot digital images and still use a film camera as well.
It doesn't seem too much to hope for an off the shelf supply of basic range filters.
