Beyond disappointing. When ordering they insisted taking the full payment up front saying the lens would be with me inside two weeks at the latest - I wanted to give a deposit. 3-4 months later no lens. I called 4 times over that period to get information and every time they said they needed to check with purchasing and then would phone me back. Each time they didn't bother. I have just cancelled the order and will never use them again. Not because I am angry. There are simply better, more professional alternatives that provide a better service. Oh and cheaper. I'd look elsewhere.
