Overall, the service received was OK but there were a couple of areas where I felt the service could be improved:
- Notification of when the item was likely to be delivered was inaccurate and I had to ring to get the information. I felt this should have been provided proactively and updated in the light of expected deliveries;
- There was little communication on the actual day of delivery to (a) confirm the item was actually due for delivery that day and (b) there is no facility to track the status of the item. Many retailers now use systems that narrow down the likely delivery time to a specific hour which I find extremely helpful.
