The Calumet webshop service is surprisingly poor. We have ordered from Calumet several times over the years. In our experience, service has dropped to an unacceptable level. This last time, we ordered products listed as "In Stock". Still, Calumet waited 9 days to ship. After almost three weeks, we contacted Calumet to notify customer service that we still had not received our order. Calumet reported back to us, that unfortunately, our shipment had been delivered to the wrong country. Subsequent to this notification – Calumet has not followed up at all. No new delivery schedule. No update. No nothing. Calumet collected their money from our credit card, days before shipping. We have cancelled the order and asked for a full refund.
