recently purchased items in the January sale - had to write to Calumet as they hadn't applied the "30% off all Calumet branded products" discount to an item I had purchased. I only noticed the discount hadn't been applied by chance... I emailed them and they responded promptly and refunded the missing discount.
One of the items I ordered was apparently in stock but hasn't yet arrived - I'll have to call them up and track this..
I will be shopping at Calumet in the future.
