Generarlly I'm really happy with Calumet. All the staff I have met in the shop (London) or spoken to or had email contact with have been very helpful. I would strongly recommend them and their products to people.
Some of my items were out of stock (from 12th January 2015) but generally the web team have kept me up to date with orders. I have just chased again today though (7th Feb) as I have not heard anything for a week.
Also, one item was cheaper online elsewhere and a refund was issued immediately which was great.
