The level of service from Calumet is appalling, nobody follows up calls or return calls when they say they will, even when you raise your concerns with a customer service manager and they promise a return call.
On another note, I have purchased three Calumet bags over the last three years, all of which have broken zips, which are not covered under warranty.
This was now the last time I will buy online with Calumet (I may still visit my local branch) but for sure it's the last time I'll purchase a Calumet branded product.
