I was very disappointed when my 2.72m long backdrop paper was not delivered to my studio but instead sent to my home. I had to arrange separate delivery for a shoot which was happening the next morning.
I wrote an email to Calumet and received a phone call the day after my shoot. The operator, Raj, was very apologetic and took my complaint seriously which was some recompense for the inconvenience caused.
