I guess it was my fault for changing the order at short notice, but I got charged for the full order and am still waiting for the refund. The part that did come was posted out when I asked for collect in store and I kept missing the Fed-Ex delivery. Then when it did arrive, it was a pre-opened box of bits - one part didn't work and another part was the wrong size.
I had to take it back to the store to get a new one, and came away wishing I hadn't bothered...
