I have always had a fabulous experience in Calumet, the staff have always been amazing, but on this occasion I was quite shocked how rude the staff member was, even my other half mentioned it when we got in the car after leaving the store.
She as quite sharp and did not have a good way with people.
I won't let it put me off shopping at calumet, I will just fish out the members of staff who have been fabulous on the past and stay clear of the rude ones.
