When i picked up the equipment i asked what had been wrong with it but no one knew. I was told to call back when someone else was in the office but I didn't write down their name neither did they, so i didn't call back especially as when i was trying to call to see when it would be ready, the line was constantly engaged.
Please could you tell me what was wrong with it. Thanks.
