I ordered my Manfrotto back pack from the Photography show at the NEC. After a few days the parcel had not arrived so I gave the main depot a call. The gent was very helpful but couldn't find my parcel so arranged for a call back the next day. I did receive a call back and was told the package had been dispatched.
I received it the very next day.
