I ordered a printer at The Photo Show from Calumet. I was unaware that the printer was placed on back order, and delivery would be delayed by 4-5 weeks. However, once Calumet were aware that I needed the printer asap, they were very helpful and it was delivered within about 2 weeks. It was despatched via next day courier on the day that they received the stock - so in the end they had a very happy customer in me.
