I will always try to make Calumet my first choice as long as they are price competitive - they are one of the few big online players who still run a chain of outlets stocked with "enthusiastic amateur/professional" equipment and run by very knowledgable staff. I can only give 4 stars as they can't always compete with the online only companies but I will pay a small premium to have the backup of a real shop to discuss my needs and actually touch the products - if you don't use them you lose them......
