I took my camera (Canon 1D mk 4) to Calumet to get the sensor cleaned, as marks were showing up on my photos. They did an excellent job of the cleaning, but my only quibble is that they changed some of the settings on the camera (jpeg instead of RAW, auto white balance instead of manual) and didn't change them back. I found out the hard way after I'd taken some photos!
