Products and packaging perfect, delivered fast and on time.
Would be 5 stars but I can't understand why it was not possible to deliver to my work address as requested, where there is a receptionist on the front desk able to accept deliveries. Instead the packages had to be delivered to my home address when no-one was in, and so my neighbours had to be disturbed, twice.
A minor inconvenience, marring an otherwise excellent service.
