My experience with Calumet (W1) branch, was very good. When I came into the shop and asked for a particular new Canon prime lens, the man behind the counter knew what it was. He also asked if required a filter which was nice. Overall, left a happy bunny with the new purchase and will comeback to Wardour Street outlet.
