Liers and thieves.
On Thursday 25.11.21 I tried to buy a pair of socks and ties for the value of 15.12€.
When I tried to buy them, an error message appeared saying "an error has occurred, due to the high volume of enquiries the website is not able to process your order, don't worry we will not charge anything until the order has been processed, please try again in a few minutes"
A MASSIVE LIE
They took my money 10 times, more than 150€. I wish I checked my bank account before I tried so many times. But that message appeared every time I tried and I believed it. NEVER AGAIN THO.
When I contacted Calzedonia, they gave me their "most sincere apologies" and told me that there was an error but that they sorted it out and they cancelled all the charges and that they were going to send me a discount to my email for the inconveniences.
A misserable 10% off, what a joke.
THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ALL MY MONEY BACK.
They only gave me back 4 of those 10 charges. I messaged them again and they told me not to worry, that they should be returned within that day and the next day...MORE LIES
Today is 30.11.21 and I am still waiting for those 90€+ that I am still owed.
I used to buy a lot from you but now I am so disgusted you can rotten in all that money that you are stilling, you will never get any from me again. You have lost a customer and hopefully more cause I intend to tell this to everyone I know until one of us retires and I am only 30 years old :)
And bilingual as you can see. I am leaving this message everywhere I can in English and Spanish. I have bank PDFs, emails and screenshots of the whole story so bite me.
