Worst tights. Roll down and fall down within seconds. Cheap and run. Walmart is better quality by far.

I went into their store and the employees were extremely rude. While I was trying on a swimsuit one employee ripped open the curtain exposing me to all the customers. I told her that she embarrassed me and she didn’t even apologize. This was one of the worst shopping experiences I have had.

The company is good to work for, what is bad is that the owner doesn't take a look and see to find out what is really happening with their good employee, and why are they getting fired in such an injustice way Once they started switching around DMs, and RMs, giving the most Toxic and unprofessional workplace to work in ...and making it the worst experience you can ever have They make you work overtime and not get paid for it, On your days off SUBORDINATING you with work duties not allowing you to enjoy your days off with family . If you ask for a well-deserved increase in your salary they will find a way to fire you, to bring their relatives to pay less, people who don't even know the language nor have your qualifications to do the jobs "Conflict of interest" but HR doesn't even care about things like that DISCRIMINATIONS, FAVORITISM with their relative can be late and The DM will change her time on the Paycom system and make it look like she is on time "MANIPULATING and CONTROLLING you to do things their way not complying with the Company's policy They Fire you without notice over the most ridiculous excuse ever without performing a proper investigation or bather to see if was really true what the DM stated when you tried to send a letter to the HR or Administration, instead of proceeding with an investigation to look at the cameras and computers records, Instead, they become your enemies and ignored you which is highly unprofessional as well. I'm really disappointed with this Job bad experience I had with this place At Aventura FL Location and will not recommend anyone to go through this again (fue realmente un trago amargo el cual no merecia ) I was such a hard worker and killed myself, even neglecting my own family for this company to get this type of treatment it was not worthy and deserved at all

appalling customer service really dismissive replies and asking silly questions! After sending them many clear pictures regarding the faulty products they replied asking for more and more and .... ridiculous. bottom line is they just fob you off and have no intention to try to resolve issues for good customer support. The items are brought are not wearable and not as seen and sold on their website. A company with zero customer care or morals

Terrible shipping! Terrible product! Terrible customer service! The package was damaged upon arrival. The paper bag was torn open with an enormous hole, and the contents of the package can be seen through it from outside. I checked the items inside. 3 items have plastic packaging, and 2 of them were already opened when the package arrived. Another 2 items, which don’t have plastic packaging, are made with cashmere and there are snags on them. To summarize, 4 out of 5 items showed various degrees of damage and are in unacceptable condition upon arrival. The customer service is also terrible. They denied my request for replacement. I can only return those damaged products. I don't wanna waste my time to pay for their fault. I decided to keep them to remind me how terrible this brand is.

I feel scammed. I ordered 3 items online. I wanted to return 2 so I filled in the return form on their website to get a return label. I waited 24 hours, as stated on the website, but got no return label. I contacted the costumer service several times. I also spoke with someone on their websites chat. It has been 4 weeks and still problem is not solved. I can not return the items, because they are not capable to give me a return label. I was also not allowed to bring the products to the shop. Costumer service does nothing, keeps on answering that the problem has been forwarded to the "pertinent department". Completely useless and unprofessional. Do not buy online.

DO NOT order online!! I ordered my items during sales and when I checked out the shipping date was 3-5 days. First my order was shipped after about 12 days with no email regarding this issue and only when I called customer service did they let me know that there was a backlog in the warehouse. Then they only included half of my address in the shipping address causing the order to be returned to warehouse. Again there was no email regarding this and I had to to contact customer service to figure out what was happening. When I called customer service regarding this they said that they can't resend my order and that I should order again. When I asked what can be done be about the difference in price as the sale had now ended (because my order was so delayed) they simply dismissed me and kept reading a script over and over again. Ridiculous customer service! I know many people who had a bad experience and their customer service team do not care if they lose customers. Very disappointed will not be buying again from them or recommend them to anyone I know.

Customer service is rude and unhelpful. I was speaking to Marko. I was promised to get a parcel on Wednesday, it's Friday and the company hasn't dispatched it yet. I needed the parcel for the event this Saturday and customer service is saying to me that it is going to be dispatched NEXT WEEK. but was promised to be delivered last Wednesday. I have no words for this attitude.

Tried to buy items online today. Used my 15% discount but after paying for it, they cancelled and refund it as it was possibility of fraud!! After that I tried to buy again same items , but discount was not available as I used it already! Chat does not working as closing chat after few minutes without reason!!

Disgusted .. I have no trust in the hygiene of their swimwear. Calzedonia have the worst customer care and online despatch quality control I have ever witnessed. Garments being sent out are defective and tried on bikini bottoms have been sent out without any packaging or hygiene strips. My daughter the same day received a delivery from shein online and each item was perfectly packaged in individual recyclable zipper bags. I contacted calzedonia for assistance with my query but the customer care team are so rude and arrogant offering no help at all with replacements or re-ordering advice. Very bad customer service and quality control.

I wouldn’t even give one star, customer service is terrible and their staff are worse. Sent an email 17th Feb with still no response what so ever. Wouldn’t refund me for tights when I was in Spain and the lady started being very rude shoving her hand in my face and not understanding me and started talking in Spanish. Would not buy from this company

I received my package on 29.11.22 and requested the return almost immediately. UPS returned the package to Calzedonia (I have a confirmation of that) on 12.12.22. Today is 06.02.23 It's been two months and I still haven't got my refund. I've tried to contact them by email and online chat support. NO REPLY. It never happened to me with other brands. This is so frustrating. I won't buy from this brand online ever again.

Today is January 7th. They stole my money! I purchased a swim top in the store in September 2022!!! It was supposed to be shipped directly to my house. The sales person entered my address in wrong and left out my apartment number and didn’t give me a chance to review what they entered, so I had no idea it was wrong until I tracked my package. I tried to go through the delivery service to change the address, but couldn’t change it. My package went back to the warehouse and was never reshipped. I called the store and they told me there was no manager at the store and the district manager is never at that location so they would take a message and call me back— after three times of this, I finally got the district manager’s number. I told her the situation and she said she would call the warehouse and reship it. Called and called after it wasn’t reshipped. I got in touch with her again and she said she couldn’t give me a refund because the warehouse system was different from the store system. I told her that I either needed the same item to be sent to me or a refund. Then she asked if I had proof that I was actually charged and when I sent proof and asked for a refund I didn’t get another call or text. That was November 2022. Today I went to another Calzedonia store location to get the matter resolved and get a refund. I was told the district manager’s phone had been stolen in November so that was probably why she didn’t respond to me. However, her phone number is the same and apparently she does work at the Cerritos location. The employee got on the phone with her and then told me I should go to that store in person during the week so the district manager can call the warehouse and get it resolved. I asked why I needed to go there in person for the district manager to resolve it and was told that it was because that way there would be no communication errors???? I have no idea how they can still be operating when they are scamming people.

I have placed and online order and returned one item. Still waiting for refund 2 months later, keep being lied to by Customer Service and no one helping me. Appalling and fraudulent company. Do not but from there.

I ordered 5 pairs of their cotton/wool mix female socks. All got a huge hole on the heel after only one day of normal wear. Waste of money.

Liers and thieves. On Thursday 25.11.21 I tried to buy a pair of socks and ties for the value of 15.12€. When I tried to buy them, an error message appeared saying "an error has occurred, due to the high volume of enquiries the website is not able to process your order, don't worry we will not charge anything until the order has been processed, please try again in a few minutes" A MASSIVE LIE They took my money 10 times, more than 150€. I wish I checked my bank account before I tried so many times. But that message appeared every time I tried and I believed it. NEVER AGAIN THO. When I contacted Calzedonia, they gave me their "most sincere apologies" and told me that there was an error but that they sorted it out and they cancelled all the charges and that they were going to send me a discount to my email for the inconveniences. A misserable 10% off, what a joke. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ALL MY MONEY BACK. They only gave me back 4 of those 10 charges. I messaged them again and they told me not to worry, that they should be returned within that day and the next day...MORE LIES Today is 30.11.21 and I am still waiting for those 90€+ that I am still owed. I used to buy a lot from you but now I am so disgusted you can rotten in all that money that you are stilling, you will never get any from me again. You have lost a customer and hopefully more cause I intend to tell this to everyone I know until one of us retires and I am only 30 years old :) And bilingual as you can see. I am leaving this message everywhere I can in English and Spanish. I have bank PDFs, emails and screenshots of the whole story so bite me.
