Terrible Service!
Ordered some magnets on 4th April. Delivery should have been 15th April. Heard nothing apart from a standard automated confirmation email. Magnets have not arrived. Spoke to a lady on the phone who said that they had not even started production yet. We now can not use the magnets, as the delivery is too late, and will miss our events.
Asked for a refund, fingers crossed! Otherwise will be taking this matter further.
