“Terrible Service!
Ordered some magnets on 4th April. Delivery should have been 15th April. Heard nothing apart from a standard automated confirmation email. Magnets have not arrived. Spoke to a lady on the phone who said that they had not even started production yet. We now can not use the magnets, as the delivery is too late, and will miss our events.
Asked for a refund, fingers crossed! Otherwise will be taking this matter further.”
“Avoid this company at all costs. Placed order in April and still awaiting for the items to be delivered. (October) According to the tracking it was sent , however it was then returned without me being aware! So now I've paid for something I never received. And don't expect any kind of response from emails, messages or online chat as no-one will ever respond. Do not buy anything from this shambles of a company!”
“Terrible service. Goods arrived damaged and incomplete. After sending photos of the damage they agreed to send replacements - which never arrived. Have asked for a refund, but no reply.
Avoid.”
