We ordered some vintage style tin mugs from Camaloon. When they arrived, the quality was absolutely dreadful. The base colour paint had blotches on some of the items, giving an appearance similar to having drips of bleach or similar. Many items were chipped and the paint quality around the rims was shockingly poor. On some items it looked like the paint had been applied when it was sticky with a toothbrush. It didn't even cover the whole rims on many of the mugs, leaving bare metal exposed. 51 or the 49 mugs are not even suitable for giving away. We immediately raised the issues with Camaloon. They were slow to respond and it took weeks to get responses. They asked for photos of every affected mug, which we did provide in the form of a video. They were completely dismissive and stated that the mugs are described as having a retro/imperfect finish, so nothing can be done. I've tried several times, but they are simply stating that because they are described as having an imperfect finish, it doesn't matter that they are absolute tat. Avoid at all costs. Also note that although they have a UK web address, phone numbers and list their prices in UK£, they are a spanish company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
