I placed my order nice and early as it is part of my Christmas present arrangement, the order was quickly processed, produced and shipped, very happy with the speed. Much more importantly of course is the quality, I cannot say other than, perfect! When going through the design stage of my mugs that I gave a personal note with high quality .png files, and the names of my family members, I could not have wished for more on the quality front, they are just perfect.
