After a not so great experience with our first order (the quality was not what we expected) and having a really hard time reaching the help desk (the chat functionality on the website doesn't even work at all), we finally managed to reach Nathan on the UK phone number.
He helped us solve the issues we had with the quality of the photo magnets we ordered, and ensured we got the new batch in a timely way.
So, thanks to him, all in all, we ended up happy with the service.
