Initial shipment got lost. No reaction to my mail initially. When I called the English number was closed at the time, the Dutch number did not work, but I could use the knowledge of the English menu to navigate the Spanish service number and get an operator that spoke English. Their help was excellent: A new set of buttons was created and send quickly.
