The mail was extremely slow and I had doubts of my purchase arriving in time for Christmas so I contacted the store. They tracked my order and found it was on the way but stuck in transit it seemed. They were extremely helpful and went far and above trying to help me. An amazing thing happened, they offered to send another of the same item at no cost to me. If I received the first item I would then refuse delivery on the second order. They were so nice to talk to and very helpful! I highly recommend this store!
