“A month ago I became a new member of Tucson cyclists that have had their bikes stolen. When looking to replace my 20 year old Surly I found the website for Campfire Cycling here in Tucson. From the moment I talked to the receptionist untill a few days later when I picked up my new Surly my experience was absolutely terrific. Shop team manager Toby Smith spent the time with me to get just the right bike for my needs. I'm enjoying my new Surly and thank everyone at Campfire Cycling.”

“I had some concern about finding and fitting a specific rack to a specific bike. (Tumbleweed to a Rivendell Gus boots Willsen)… The customer service was awesome. The staff were friendly and the shipping was prompt. What can I say, it was an excellent experience.”

“On vacation in Tucson from MA and paid a visit to Campfire Cycling to see what a bikepacking focused bike store even looked like. I bought a couple of burlier tires to deal with AZ gravel and Nate went above and beyond to help me get them set up tubeless on my wheels. Truly exceptional customer service and just a really great store with a diverse selection of gear for people who like to combine bikes with camping.”

“One of the mounting brackets from a pair of panniers I ordered from Campfire arrived cracked. I emailed Campfire and attached a photo and they called me within minutes, even though it was a weekend. They arranged for immediate shipment of a replacement bracket and emailed a return label. Great customer service.”

“Ordered a handlebar bag in a great new color and waited a few days patiently, until three or four days went by and no tracking or email. I emailed campfire to ask when the bag would ship and got a PROMPT reply from Sarah. She very politely explained that there was a mistake on the products page that I ordered and it is not yet available, but she assured me that it was expected soon and that I would be the receive it. Sarah told me that she had seen a sample of the new bag I ordered and it’s super worth the wait in the fancy color so I said I’ll wait and she said she will personally watch my order and make sure it gets handled in a timely manner. I was comfortable with and trusted Sarah because of the personalized customer service I was receiving from her. If the customer service was not sympathetic to the situation I would have requested a refund and gone elsewhere to make my purchase, but I was happy with the way Sarah dealt with me and the situation. Only a few weeks went by and I got an email from Sarah saying the bags just came in and she is shipping mine first! I was pumped, the bag is a game changer, Sara came through like a boss, annnnnd she left me a little note on the packing slip that was the cherry on top of the sundae. Lemonade out of lemons, great experience, will return to campfire for more stuff.”

“I had a fantasic experience ordering a frame from Campfire Cycling, especially since I accidentally ordered the wrong frame size, and needed some seriously prompt customer service to correct the order before it shipped. Sarah was completely on top of it and made the correction, and both called and emailed me to let me know. My new frame arrived sooner than anticipated, and the bike is now built out and ready for action. Highly recomment.”
