“The Campfire folks have a great way of understanding what my needs are in bicycling, and give me great advice and guidance on how to achieve the experience I want in touring and bikepacking. From choosing bicycles or even panniers or racks, they have helped me tremendously. I think they understand the joys of cycling, and want to help me to the place where I can share that joy.”

“Couldn't ask for a better local bike shop. That it deals in Surly is a bonus. Great selection of bikes and bike packing gear. And service was great. Shout out to Nate for working through my work orders. I like to stop by Campfire whenever I have bikes on the brain.”

“It was good- price and shipping was super competitive. Got the order very quickly and without incident. I did send a couple of emails that went unanswered (one originally requesting to cancel my order and the other was to request pricing with a headset). I’m glad I didn’t cancel my order- love the new bridge club frame- but a little disappointing to not get a reply.”

“I cannot recommend Campfire Cyclling enough. I worked mostly with the staff member, Sara (as well as with Toby and Elliot some), and she has been helpful, kind, supportive, patient, and knowledgable in putting together the right gear for my upcoming 3-month solo bike tour. I bought a bicycle, racks, panniers, handlebar bag, and more--the works. Even though they don't normally sell fenders, they got me some because I needed them for the particular tour I am doing. It was a great experience. Truly, Sara went above and beyond. I ended up making a significant change in my order (after figuring things out with her over the course of weeks) and she didn't blink an eye. She was always thorough, quick to respond, warm, and supportive. When I got my bicycle in the mail and had questions about how I'd put on a rack and some panniers weren't sitting ideally Toby helped me over the phone to figure out how to make it work correctly. I cannot say enough great things about this shop and these people. I'll definitely be working with them again, and I recommend Campfire to everyone interested in cycling.”

“Ordered a bike through the "make it mine" option with Campfire and we are very pleased with the outcome. The only small gripe was a follow up email wasn't sent with the bike coming from the supplier to Campfire. A quick phone call to Campfire got me back in the loop with a follow up email from them with an updated timeline. Once the bike arrived at Campfire, I got a call from Eugene when the tires we optioned were out of stock, he talked through options and recommendations in a helpful manner, honored the original price qouted. The bike showed up a few days later with everything just as we had configured. My wife is thrilled with the new ride and the fun details she wanted right out of the box! Prices were fair compared to other shops for the options we added. Pretty much bolted on the front wheel and she was riding it around the neighborhood. Would recommend!”

“First time buyers: DO NOT FEAR THE CAMPFIRE! This was my first purchase from Campfire Cycling and it was amazing! The part was the best price on the Internet. The customer service (Go Sarah!) was outstanding. The shipping was instant and thoughtful. I can't believe I was actually a little nervous as a first time buyer.”

“Every time I've visited Campfire Cycling, it's been a postive experience. Not only have they helped me solve my bike issues, they have provided education so I can better take care of my bike. Their prices are very fair and they don't push any service I don't need. Basically if you want friendly service, helpful people, and fair prices, go to Campfire Cycling.”
