“Just received my new Salsa Timberjack with SLX and 27.5+ tires. Been on a few rides and it is great. Campfire Cycling did a great job packing and shipping the bike, everything arrived as it should and just need the front wheel and handlebar put on the bike. When I had a few questions via email they were quick to answer and very friendly. I would absolutely order and have shipped another bike from Csmpfire Cycling!!”

“In today’s digital AI world, this place was a breath of fresh air. Call the number for customer service, 1 for the shop, 2 for e-commerce. Make a selection and……..wtf?!!?? a person picked up the phone. So helpful. Shop worker knew what they were talking about it. I will definitely shop here again. Peace”

“This Bike shop is hands down rhe best onw online. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and very kind, friendly and helpful. Especially Sarah, shes the best! Give that girl a raise! She definitely deserves one! She could not have been more helpful, and was very patient and understanding! Not to mention i got ahold of them at the very last minute wanting additions to my bike and I was expecting to be ignored or at best told no, but Sarah answered my email right away and helped me get all my additions taken care of and walked me through the whole process too. With customer service in our country being almost non-existent these days, being helped by someone like Sarah was truly a much needed breathe of fresh air! Im not kidding when I said this girl deserves a raise! Or a promotion! She told me how much she loves working at campfire cycles and I could tell she wasn't just blowing smoke but she truly loves and values her job. So ya give her a raise AND a promotion! Cause shes the best!”
