“My wife’s bike’s chain kept falling off, leaving her extremely frustrated. Took it to the wonderful bicycle mechanic’s at Campfire and they had it fixed in no time (less than 3 hours after it was dropped off). The chain was adjusted, cleaned, & lubed correctly. Additionally a chain stay was added to keep the chain in the correct position. Exceptional customer service, and the cost was almost too reasonable. 9.95 on a scale of 1 to 10. Only reason they didn’t get a 10 is I didn’t want the mechanic to get too cocky.”

“The women and men at Campfire Cycling in Arizona did an outstanding job getting and assembling my bike. They were able to get me a Surly Lowside in an XL frame, pre-assembled the bike, ship it to me in Virginia. Using my own tools I was ready to ride in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this shop.”

“I ordered a 2025 Sala Timberjack 29”. It arrived in short order, packaged very nicely. I installed the handlebars and the front tire, set the fork and tire pressure and went for a ride! Very happy with the bike, rides and shifts like a dream. This is my first 1X, so happy with the bike!”

“This is not just N+1 it was N+service Seriously the best experience I have had purchasing a bicycle in person or online ever. You can tell this shop rides and understands the needs of specific cycling challenges. This shows through when you mention an obscure setup that you would like to have to help with your next adventure and they don't even pause and say they can make that happen.
