I have ordered a framebag. I have paid a lot of money for delivery. But still i have nothing dilevered. I am ging out for a bikepack event in slovenie. In a few days, so i need this one very much. I am not happy.

Never received my order. It is stuck in FedEx; they have no scheduled time for delivery. I paid for a 4-8 day delivery. (See Attached)

Never received my order. Sent an email asking for a shipping date, was told it was delivered. Apparently it's my problem. Your idea of customer service is to sell me another one at 50% off. Ill eat the original cost and shop else where. Thanks for nothing. Ric

The FedEx tracking for this package shows that it was delivered to the customer's address. Once a package is delivered, we consider it the customer's responsibility to handle receiving it. Yes, packages are occasionally stolen or misplaced. As a business, we do not consider it to be our responsibility as to what happens to a package after it has been verified to have been delivered by the delivery company. When a package is stolen or otherwise misplaced after its verified delivery, we do want to do what we can reasonably do to help out by offering a replacement at 50% off the retail cost. Additionally, we do attempt to file a claim on the package and if somehow money is reimbursed by the shipping company, we refund this back to the customer.

I was not happy only because I explained the type of bike I had “Jones” looking for a front rack he said it should fit , it didn’t I had to send it back and pay shipping. Plus on top of that u deducted 12.00 for shipping. Not sure I understand why?

Very disappointed to pay shipping fee of $6 for extremely slow delivery by USPS. Otherwise I was pleased with the price, selection, and service. I do not plan to post this review on social media.

Wasnt notified of my requested, purchased order being on BACKORDER till after I submitted it. when I inquired few weeks later they said it'll be another 2wks till they receive it. i then asked for them to do 1 day ship to me when they get it as I need it asap and they said thats not an option....how isn't it an option for them to pick a carrier that ships next day ALL to make their customer happy? Bad customer service.

Occasionally we have inventory mistakes where our system shows an item as in-stock, however the item is actually out-of-stock. In these cases we do our best to communicate this to the customer and offer options to cancel or maintain the backorder. 1-day shipping is very expensive, often 5 to 10 times the cost of our standard shipping. We are not able to sustain as a business and offer upgrades to 1-day shipping at no additional cost to the customer.

Ordered a trailer to pull our granddaughter around. Site showed pictures of the trailer connected to a bike and also had a video of how to connect to bike. "Cycling" is in your name, after all. But the trailer arrived w/o equipment to connect to bike. I double checked my expectations by re-visiting the information on the site and saw nothing indicating it would not come with this equipment - indeed, I still had every reason to believe it should have come with that equipment. I called Customer Service and was told that Thule trailers typically don't include the bike hitch stuff and also that CampfireCycling did not carry that equipment. I shared my frustration about how the site both showed pix of trailer connected to bike and video of how to connect to bike and that no where did it say that the hitch and tow bar kit had to be ordered separately; the Customer Service agent, rather than indicating that this was true, said he would have to take a look for himself at that to see. No solution to my problem of having a bike trailer that could not be connected to my bike was offered.

The Thule Chariot purchased did not include a cycling kit. While some of our information provided did reference this accessory, it was no where stated that the cycling kit was included. We did guide the customer to another store where the cycling kit was available for purchase.

We didn't ever recieve the bike carriage for a kid that we paid for. We spent forty dollars just to get a little cover.

To clarify, Chris paid $24.99 for this product: https://www.bikeshophub.com/product/croozer-bike-child-trailer-sun-cover-p-2044.html We did not edit anything about the product listing. I'm pretty sure it is very clear that this is a cover, not a trailer. We also reached out to Chris after receiving this review and didn't receive a reply. Sigh ...

At the moment I still did not receive the goods. Sent 8 days ago and the tracking number ends at give to the forwarder in Europe. No more tracking possible. I hope the bags will arrive sometime.

Please Note: We did provide them the requested information and asked the customer to update this review to show that. They did not respond, so here is our update: This review was by a customer in Canada. They posted this review/question 12 days after the product. The product arrived 15 days after they ordered, which is typical for USPS Priority Mail to Canada.

I ordered the chrome accessories pouch in black and was sent a red one. So not that happy to be honest.
