My panniers came in just a few days. They were missing a strap, clearly not the fault of Campfire Cycling as they were in the factory packaging regardless. Once notified they immediately sent me a new strap. They communicated with me until they knew I had all I needed.
I would gladly shop with Campfire Cycling again. A great company with exceptional customer service.
