“I had been searching for an accessory part long out of production, which I saw on your website. It was out of stock which wasn't surprising. I clicked on the "Notify me when back in stock" button and gave you my email. I didn't think the item would ever be back in stock really. Two days later I received an email telling me the items were back in stock! I thought this had to be some sort of Internet scam so I looked up your Customer Service number and called to inquire. I spoke to a wonderful woman in your shipping department who quickly allayed my doubts. She also processed and shipped my order the same day. Now I have a new outfit for purchasing hard to find bicycle parts. Very very pleased, thanks.”

“I live in Northern Utah and I ordered a frame bag and paniers from Campfire because they were so good about explaining options to me when I was in their shop. These guys know their business and they truly customer focused. If you are looking for bikepacking gear, I’ve never seen anyone better.”

“I had a great customer service experience with Campfire Cycling, but unfortunately a disappointing bike purchasing experience. I ordered a frame and when it arrived, it had a small dent, the fork had significant scratching, and the head tube had a defect. I want to emphasize that the customer service team was excellent throughout the process — responsive, friendly, and helpful — but it was frustrating to have to warranty a brand-new frame right out of the box. I’m also still waiting to receive the replacement frame from Salsa. Given the situation, I would have appreciated some sort of discount or partial refund for the inconvenience, but that wasn’t offered. That said, I would still recommend Campfire Cycling based on the strong customer service I received and the competitive pricing on their products. Thanks.”

“Such a great store - truly the perfect specialty bike shop experience! Product assortment was very impressive and with the help of the knowledgable staff we found everything we could possibly need for our desert bike-packing adventure in no time. Staff was very friendly, knowledgable and went the extra mile to help us find an alternate route for our trip as our original route was not possible due to heavy rains and flooding - they even helped us find another shop nearby the route to get the latest intel into trail conditions and local insights! We wiill certainly stop by whenever we come through town and we highly recommend for anyone in need of gear, repairs or local insights - overall a great retail experience!”
