I have visited many websites over the last 2 weeks as I need to order gear after a 20year absence from bicycle touring. Your website is the best as far as I am concerned, for up-to-snuff functionality, pleasing "look and feel", and the well-done branding. And importantly someone (the owner in my case) answers the phone (!) when there is a special need - like the one I had. And you had items in stock while other did not. I will be returning regularly when I need things, or just to read the blog.
