What can I say? Local company working hard to service their customers in a crazy world right now. I have communicated with them a couple of times asking some questions and they've always answered me very quickly. I ordered all the way from the east coast because their prices were a bit better than REI and they're a small LBS. Happy to pay the shipping if it supports the smaller guys. My Salsa rack is great. Thanks for the service.
