My first order was the wrong product. Companies make mistakes, and a lot depends on how companies deal with them. I gave them 5 stars because I followed their directions and sent them an email response with what they asked for. The next day I got an email back from them and then a phone call. They paid for the return and sent out the right product that very day, and I received it a few days later for a short overnight trip I was doing. They stood behind their product, and I'll order more products from them. Good job, guys. Rushford.
