The staff and mechanic were super helpful! Indeed, I took my bike in and he adjusted it on the spot, replaced the stem that had cracked, and made sure it was good to go before I left. I expected it to be a few days and a high quote, but it was smooth, painless process. And they were really friendly and courteous; no childish bike shop snobbery that I can't stand. Highly recommend!
