I was a walked in, and the staff was friendly and very, very understanding of my needs. They listened to what I wanted and tried to find a bike that would fit me. I drove all the way from Buckeye, AZ to get a bike because I was tired of bike shops in Phoenix, trying to shove bikes down my throat just because that what they have in the showroom floor. Awesome store, awesome folks, amazing bikepacking related inventory. What else can you ask for?
