Ordered BOB trailer parts which were on backorder. They kept me informed on changes as they happened. When the padded envelope arrived, there was a hole in the envelope and the long bolt was missing. Only thing in the envelope was the Quick Release Axle, a small washer and matches. Called Campfire and they got another one coming. Had a hole in this envelope ALSO, but luckily the bolt did not slide out. The Problem is this long bolt was NOT In a separate Plastic Bag and it Pokes a hole in the padded envelope! The issue was handled very well, But for future shipments, this long bolt needs to be wrapped separately in plastic or a plastic bag before inserting in the envelope. Thanks, Steve
