I really don’t know how these guys do it. I bought a surly mountain bike from them. I wrote specifically what I wanted. The guy questioned me on the bike. I had another surly bike which I brought to their store so they could size it. I gave them a list of modifications I wanted. I recommend that you buy from these guys be sure just get something s get something stock. To get the bike I wanted was new components at an additional cost of 800, pedals handle bars a saddle. What I never got was an invoice and bicycle serial number. I buy what I want not what some bike shop can find. I don’t even know if this bike has been stolen. All of this means that I have a mountain bike I would still like the sales receipt and bike serial number from these gentry John Ray
