Excellent interaction with Campfire Cycling. After searching far and wide for a specific product, I found it at Campfire. Ordering was easy and shipping was prompt and arrived quickly. Opened the package on a Sunday and quickly realized the product manufacturer had short shipped a small but critical part and that Campfire could not see the packing error when they sent the package. An email on Sunday resulted in a reply on Monday morning and Campfire immediately shipping me a complete replacement at no charge. Most excellent experience.
