The folks at Campfire Cycling are the best. We've bought three Surly bikes from them and each purchase was a great experience. THe most recent one, a totally custom build of a Surly Lowside, requird a ton of research time and effort by the Campfire team, and they worked with me and kept me informed of my options every step of the way.
