I recently bought the Kona Sutra LTD. I called the store with many questions a couple of times and received the best customer service anyone could ask for. Surpassed it, actually. Spoke to Toby once and Chad…..I think…..the next.
I’m new to cycling and want to add racks, computer, lighting to my bike for a long trip. Not having the knowledge nor experience, I had and still have many questions.
My experience with my perchase was ok. My bike arrived by mail. I YouTubed videos for help on getting know my bikes components. That’s when I realized the cable to my seat was broken. It doesn’t automatically adjust and the cable looked a bit frailed.
It didn’t work like the ones in the videos I found.
I just found a confortable position and left it for now.
I live in a small town, with no shop around……nearest Kona dealer is 5 hours away and they want to charge since I didn’t buy my bike there. I just chalked
It up to a loss and blame the shipping, not the shop.
I may do business with Campfire Cyling based solely on the curtesy I received over the phone, when I figure out what all I need.
