Great personal phone contact with Burger regarding racks etc for our Specialized Aethos'. He had recommendations for adding a seat post collar for fore/aft stability. During the process of creating the order Burger had a few days off and Dave stepped in to fill the gap and finalize the order. A great company with emails worth reading!
