Ordered a new bike and they actually took it out of the box, set it up tubeless, repacked it and sent it to me. Packed well and super easy to put together. Was riding the trails and dialing it in less than an hour after I got it.
Plus it was on sale and no sales tax so saved a good chunk of change. Would buy from them again.
