I had an excellent experience building my bike with David at Campfire. Above all, David was incredibly high-integrity and forthcoming about problems in the build and delays due to suppliers (and he always rolled up his sleeves and found creative ways out of the problems). David guided me well in choosing components and helped me make choices that were tailored to what matters most for me. And the bike came out awesome. Campfire can handle the range of unique configurations with no problem (Rohloff hubs, belt drives, dynamo lighting, you name it).
