Josh went above and beyond in making sure my overnight delivery order (for a Revelate Spinelock saddle pack) received late in the day got shipped that same day.
Item received next day, tested (very satisfactorily ) on my bike, and 2 days later bike with bag is on it’s way to east coast for the start of a east to west Trans Am tour.
